I sincerely hope a bunch of you are planning to come drink at the Red Shot this week, because I badly over-ordered on gummy eyeballs for Halloween drink specials. In six days, I can't get rid of them by just plopping one into somebody's gin and tonic and telling them "Congratulations, now it's a spooky gin and tonic."

I just finished reading a book for the first time in SO LONG and I have been reminded how much I love to read. I can't promise that I'll read it quickly, but tell me your favorite books, Portland, so I can add them to my list.
